The new Welsh Assembly building in Cardiff Bay - awarded an 'excellent' rating by the BREEAM association.

The rising steps make the image appear slanted, but the edges of the building are level.

I rarely take photos in anything other than a 3:2 ratio, as I am firmly set on that format, but this image naturally lent itself to a 16:9 ratio, as the space above and below the building is empty.
